Dr. Argentina is absolutely the best. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Argentina herself is so sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I have gotten lip filler from her multiple times, and every single time I have walked away genuinely happy with my results. She has an amazing eye, never overdoes it, and really listens to what you want. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes so much pride in her work. I would not trust my face to anyone else and highly recommend her!

I normally don't give reviews but 5 stars is Well deserved for Dr Argentina Cunha and her Staff!! They are one of the best on the island. I've tried a few Med spas on this Island and nothing compares to the excellent Customer service I get each and every time. Dr Cunha, listens to your concerns and will give you her honest assessment that will work best for you. Her bedside manner is very professional. She is amazing at what she does. She treats you like Family, she is the Aloha spirit Ladies and gentleman, don't waste your time and money on places that only cares about your money.. sadly, there's a lot of them on the island. I originally discovered FINA MedSpa while researching Ultherapy Prime, and learned that Dr. Argentina, MD, was one of the few medically trained providers who offered it. You can immediately tell how much she loves her work and how deeply she cares about helping people feel their best. She takes her time with you, explains every procedure thoroughly, and makes sure you understand exactly what to expect — no surprises, just genuine care. I ended up starting my first of three microneedling sessions and have already seen great results.
