I had an amazing experience at TimeLyss Med Spa on the Upper West Side, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best med spas in NYC. I recently had microneedling with PRP done here with Dr. Alyssa, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and the results have been incredible. From the moment I walked into their Upper West Side location, the space felt clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Alyssa was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the microneedling with PRP treatment. I felt completely comfortable knowing I was being treated by a Doctor of Nursing Practice with such expertise and attention to detail. The microneedling with PRP procedure was carefully customized to my skin’s needs. Within weeks, I noticed significant improvement in my skin texture, tone, and overall glow. My skin looks smoother, firmer, and more radiant. Alyssa at TimeLyss truly is the best of the best! Her knowledge of the industry is inspiring and her bedside manner puts you instantly at ease. She listens to concerns thoughtfully and uses her profound understanding of aesthetics to offer tailored suggestions that suit your needs without ever making you feel pressured. I've received similar treatments from other salons in the past, and TimeLyss is by far the best both in terms of quality of services received and overall patient experience. The office is also beautiful, clean, and at a great location right across the street from Central Park. I cannot recommend highly enough!
