Dr. Agnieszka Gliwa

My wife and me have been seen Dr Gliwa for almost twenty years. She is a GREAT DOCTOR, listens, understand her patients and gives the right treatment. God bless her.

Truth be told, there are always those very few select physicians that are excellent physicians, truly being exceptionally knowledgeable in their field, always putting patients first, and remaining understanding, patient, and humble. However, Dr. Gliwa is all of these adjectives and more. Dr. Gliwa is a gifted physician. My father was a patient of Dr. Gliwa for years. He always spoke exceptionally highly of her, saying she was very very smart, easy to connect with, and just really down to earth. Dr. Gliwa diagnosed my father with a tumor (which turned out to be pancreatic cancer). (I was 21 at the time) Throughout his journey and until his death she provided internal medicine care. 6 months before his death he spoke semi-openly about his cancer to me as we walked along the beach and he told me she was awesome, the best doctor – the real doctor. When I was 17 years old my father recommended I see Dr. Gliwa for internal medicine care. I am now 31 years old and I still see Dr. Gliwa. Dr. Gliwa is highly accomplished in her field. She goes over lab results, potential differentials, and even treatment plans to ensure her and I are on the same page with everything. Also, Dr. Gliwa is just very easy to connect with. (Dr.Gliwa is super cool!) Pani Józefina is down to earth and very accessible. She taught me this breathing technique to lower my blood pressure, which was very high at the time. It worked quite well. The Staff is exceptionally organized, very courteous and accomodating. They call you the day before to confirm your appointment. The office is just a low stress environment. On a serious note – go see Dr. Gliwa.

Very professional and modern office. Ladies from the reception and nurses are very nice and try to help in any situation. MD Gliwa is excellent! very professionally approaches each patient with calmness and concentration. For the first time in a long time I have met Doctor who so human understands. MD Gliwa has great knowledge and experience in her field. I recommend to everyone.

I went to see Dr. Gliwa with my 17 year old daughter, who’s had a history of hormone issues. We went to see Dr. Gliwa for a second opinion, after a previous doctor scared us with a very invasive procedure without much testing. We told Dr. Gliwa about our experience and the way she treated us was a complete 180 from the previous experience. She was empathetic, professional, and warm to her patient. And explained things in a way where both my daughter and I understood what was going on. Her treatment plan worked for my daughter and I could not be more thrilled with my experience. I found this office online and made an appointment. I was able to see Dr.Gliwa within a week after making an appointment, usually other offices make you wait over a month if you are a new patient. The staff is amazing and make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the front door. I always wanted to find a doctor who I can trust, prior to this I was not able to trust any of the doctors I visited. Dr.Gliwa made me feel very comfortable. She is very kind, caring, and knowledge. Any individual who is looking for a doctor in Brooklyn, I definitely recommend Dr.Gliwa.
