Complexion Nashville

This is by far the best med spa in Nashville. They're always on time - major respect for your schedule. They worked with me on a plan for my skin goals - I don't even wear makeup most days now. They take the time to do the little extras like numbing, vibration, after-masks, ice, topicals, etc. to make sure you're as comfortable as possible and you leave in great shape. The office is beautiful and you can tell everyone really cares and likes being there. I really think it's the little extra touches that make me look forward to going there. I also tried their own line of products and even thought I didn't think I would switch over, they're really good and I ended up using most of the line. My morning and evening routines are simpler and quicker now. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Visiting the Complexion office for the first time was such a standout experience. The atmosphere was calm, modern, and welcoming, and everyone I met was so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the initial consultation to the personalized product recommendations, I felt completely taken care of. They took the time to understand my skin goals and explain everything in a way that felt both professional and approachable. I left not only with the perfect routine for my skin, but also with a real understanding of why it works.

Been using for a couple months now and just recently restocked bc I just love this 2-step skincare: the “melt away” precleansing oil and the “reset” calming cleanser! It seems that so many brands have like an 8- step routine and honey, we just don’t have time for that. Plus I truly don’t think it’s that necessary. Anyways, I truly love how the “melt away” product gets my makeup- especially mascara- off so easily and it just feels so good on my skin🥰 highly recommend!

Complexion is truly a gem—my husband and I both see Natalie, and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. From the moment you step into the luxuriously appointed waiting room, located in a convenient location, you’re greeted by a team that radiates warmth and professionalism. Natalie is exceptional—she’s incredibly skilled and always up to date on the latest and most effective aesthetic treatments like Botox, lasers, Sculptra, and peels. Each visit feels thoughtfully tailored to our individual needs, making every experience feel personal and elevated. Thank you, Natalie!

Complexion has become one of my favorite spots in Nashville! Not only is the facility GORGEOUS, but Beth and her team make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in their doors. The team also takes time with every patient to educate and leaves plenty of time for questions, rather than just rushing you out like some places. I felt 100% confident going forward with my procedures and LOVE my results! The products are also changing my skin every single day... go for the Biologique Rocherche! You will not regret it! I am so glad that Complexion has finally opened and look forward to many more visits!
