Ms. Chen conducted an exceptionally thorough and comprehensive consultation prior to my treatment, carefully addressing all of my concerns. She provided detailed and thoughtful answers to all of my questions, which instilled confidence in the treatment process. The treatment itself was executed with great precision and care, reflecting her extensive experience, knowledge, and compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in search of a reputable medspa in New York, particularly those who place a premium on the skill and expertise of their practitioners.

I am always happy to support female owned and run local businesses, and am so glad to have had the opportunity to meet with Christine. She provided me with two things that most people seem to be unwilling to give these days : time and patience. Christine’s passion for her work as well as her knowledge and expertise were evident from our first phone call, and extended well into my in person visit. Her assistant, Kimberly was kind and attentive not only in person but also with my follow up questions that she answered promptly and in depth. I value those who communicate clearly and felt well taken care of before and after my laser treatment. And to top it all off, the Little Laser Clinic is a lovely spot - clean and well-stocked ( and not so little :)

Christine is an amazing practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and helped me with some concerns I had with wrinkles. First, she did a comprehensive test to look at my face using VISIA imaging for sun damage, wrinkles, and hydration. It was really nice to see objective measurements of damage and wrinkles. After we talked about options- she injected me with Jeuveau, which I chose after she explained the difference between Jeuveau/ Botox/ Dysport. I felt really comfortable - I hate needles but she used a device that helped reduce injection pain to almost nothing. I ended up also getting a facial with Jenna who was extremely knowledgable and personable. Two weeks my results are amazing. Her medical assistant who is also really nice, Kimberly, checked on me to make sure I was happy with the results. Best of all Christine was very upfront about the cost and consistently is aware of the discounts the suppliers are having to give her patients the best deal.

Christine truly saved the day for my engagement photos, restoring the confidence I had lost over the past year. Since that experience, I’ve become a regular at the office, and my skin has never looked better—it's glowing. More recently, I experienced a skin emergency, and Christine responded immediately with expert care. I couldn’t be more grateful for her and the entire team! A true LIC gem!

I went to Christine a couple weeks ago, and I’m officially happy with my results. It’s such a relief to find a place that you can trust where they’ll understand your face and concerns, especially when it comes to pricier treatments. This was my first med spa facial and it was a wonderful experience. I received the Platinum Hydrafacial and my skin was glowing all week. I received so many compliments! The process itself was very thorough and the esthetician explained every step along the way. The facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, and the arm & hand treatment was such a nice surprise - it felt like heaven! I highly recommend Little Laser Clinic and Jenna their master esthetician. She is very professional & knowledgeable about skin care. She and the entire staff were very welcoming which made the experience even nicer. I will be back!
