She really took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. Nothing felt rushed the whole experience was calm, relaxing, and peaceful. Savannah also offered helpful guidance on what I should add to my skincare routine, which I truly appreciated. 10/10 for this place and the amazing people who run it.

This was my first time having facial fillers or lips done and I can say that I am extremely happy with my results. I came in for a consultation and the provider was so knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my treatment plan. I could tell they cared about my results and overall experience. I’m already planing my next visit ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and relaxing med spa experience.

I purchased a 3 month supply of b complex injections from Atelier Aesthetics. It’s actually a great solution because it also includes B9 & B12. I have enjoyed the benefits of the b complex injections so far. That being said, my experience with the spa makes me feel like they are messy and unorganized. They gave me 15 doses and 6 needles. One of those needles was opened from the sterile packaging and used to demonstrate how to attach the needle to the syringe. The rep put that needle back into my package, so I disposed of that 6th needle because I do not want to risk an infection. Additionally, when she injected me with the first dose, she did it so quickly that I had a bruise for 10 days. Since I’ve been injecting myself, I haven’t had a bruise. My other issue with the way I was provided the doses is that the syringe is supposed to be filled all the way to the top (100 mL). I guess she filled the syringes so quickly that there was a huge air bubble in each syringe which means I only ended up with 85-90 mL in each dose. This doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it just tells me that the rep was being careless. People who don’t really know about injecting themselves need to be cautious and make certain to remove all air from the syringe before administering the injection to themselves. In order to use my full 3 month supply, I had to order sterile vials and sterile needles to be able to inject myself as I was not provided proper, or adequate equipment. Everyone here was very nice and I enjoyed my visit to the spa, but just be careful. Double check what they’re giving you because they clearly do not care. These supplement injections are such a small and low effort part of their services and they still gave me a mess. It makes me not really trust the spa because attention to detail and care doesn’t seem to be there. I will likely return to purchase the b complex injections again, but I will certainly double check the bag I am given. I would never have thought that they would have made careless mistakes which means I am not likely to go there for more serious services.
