I felt like I was in great hands throughout my entire visit. I also appreciated that the spa uses high-quality products and the latest technology, which further enhanced the effectiveness of my treatments. I’ve had the pleasure of getting services at Opulence Experience Med Spa and it each time my experience was simply luxury. The service, the products and the quality of care was amazing every time. I felt comfortable in each service I received. Nurse Chelsea and Dr. Williams both displayed knowledge, professionalism, good customer service and phenomenal results. I am definitely more than satisfied with their work, with the service and I recommend any cosmetic or dental services you go through them.

Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I and a family member traveled from another state to seek her services after doing research and seeing nothing but good reviews on her Instagram. We made it to our appointment only to have me lay down and immediately leave out to answer a personal phone call. She must have figured the call was taking longer than she expected so she came back into her space to convene her phone call. This may be why I felt every single poke. It was pretty painful and a month later I still have sore to the touch areas. She started on my family member soon after and it took 3 tries to draw her blood. I thought that was a bit excessive since she does this all of the time. After that battle, my family member continued to have a rough time. She cried during most of her session even needing a break. She got numbing cream in her eye now causing eye pain on top of the other pain done to her face. The session took entirely too long causing me to have to make calls to change childcare plans that I had at home. We gave her the benefit of the doubt because she was nice and everyone has off days. It goes from bad to worse. My family member ended with hard lumps even after the 2 week waiting period that she was told they’d go away. I was and still am sore in many areas. We decided that we did NOT want to go back for our last 2 sessions after my family member went to the dr at home and was told that she needed to get everything dissolved in order to get rid of the hard lumps. We don’t feel comfortable going back but we try to still be nice and cordial so we ask if we could get a PARTIAL refund. My family kept in constant contact with her due to her having a little more time on her hands than me. She was told at first that the financial institution that we used to pay doesn’t give refunds. When asked about other options she said we needed to schedule an appointment and at this time we don’t want to spend the gas money nor the appointment money to go back. After trying to be nice, my family told her the real reason that we don’t want to come back. This is when all contact from Opulence stopped. We watched her in real time read messages and not respond, change her policies in real time, and delete bad reviews in real time. My family ended up getting everything dissolved last week and sent the details to her only to be sent an AI response again saying schedule an appointment. Not once did or have we asked her for a FULL refund which may be very acceptable, but we only asked for her to refund the last 2 sessions that we won’t have. She has gone ghost and we’re in limbo trying to figure out next steps. We’re not the type of ppl to do leave bad reviews but we’re left not knowing what else to do and we don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. BE VERY CAUTIOUS seeking services from this company.

If I can give zero stars I would! Highly unprofessional and caused lumps and pain in my face weeks after the service due to her negligence. Had to get the filler removed and now doesn’t want to refund me for the services I haven’t even got. Also overcharged me and refuse to give me a breakdown. Maybe because she was so busy on the phone trying to get child support DURING our appointment all of this happened OR she’s just not qualified to do the job.
