I just had a consultation today, not a treatment yet, but Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me in great detail, took her time, answered a ton of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt like I could’ve stayed longer and asked more questions. Michelle was super knowledgeable, there was no sales push, I just felt very welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely be back for treatment and would recommend this place to others.

This was my second session with Michelle and I tried Laser Genesis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. As a new client, I felt so taken care of—Michelle is incredibly warm and down-to-earth, and she made the whole experience super easy. She’s a veteran injector with a keen eye, and I’ve trusted her for years with a variety of aesthetic treatments ranging from injectables to laser treatments. What I love about the CALC team is their holistic approach to aesthetics, providing not just injectables, but also lasers and advanced facials. I recently had the CALC Signature Facial with Laura, and my skin was like glass when she finished. She’s deeply knowledgeable, professional and very warm. Krystian did my lip fillers and she was absolutely amazing. I usually get nervous because of the pain but she used a good numbing cream and I felt nothing! Pain was 3/10 and on top of that she is a perfectionist. She took her time and went back in as many times as needed to make sure everything was smooth and symmetrical which I deeply appreciate. Lastly her vibe was 10/10 so friendly and warm spirited, she made me feel very comfortable. This was the best filler experience I’ve had thus far and can’t wait to visit Krystian again!

The stars I gave are solely for the great customer service and friendliness during the appointment itself. Unfortunately, my experience after the procedure was extremely disappointing. I developed complications following the procedure, and almost a month later my skin still has visible scarring. I am unsure why the reaction occurred or why healing has taken so long, especially since I have had this same procedure in the past with zero complications. I also had to spend my holidays with excessive scarring on my face, despite timing the procedure well in advance specifically to allow for proper healing before traveling. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up and communication. I reached out multiple times by phone, email, and text to both the provider and the institute and never received a response or any support. I ultimately had to seek outside help to address the complications. Because of the poor communication and lack of post-procedure care when I needed assistance, I will not be returning. My issue is not with the in-office experience or staff demeanor, but with the absence of support after a procedure when complications arose.
