I’ve been seeing Jessica for Botox injections for awhile now, and also had a lovely facial by Tatyana. Jessica is very professional and always listens to my concerns. She is honest about what results can & cannot be achieved. I’m 64 & decided to get a CO 2 laser treatment on 10/23/25 to diminish fine lines, brown spots, stimulate collagen & remove damaged cells. I had a laser treatment done 20 years prior & knew how great the results are & how long they can last if you continue proper skincare. I was long overdue though & Samantha performed the treatment. The results in the after photo taken 4 weeks later speak for themselves. Best thing is though, optimal results will be seen in 3-6 months! The whole experience was easy because I was given such excellent pre & post care & knew exactly what to expect. These women are medically certified, which gives me peace of mind and a top level of trust. I’m so thankful they are here in Anchorage; and they also have locations in Eagle River, and Kodiak.

I have seen several providers at Alyeska Aesthetics - Sam Marino and Malissa Lindberg. Both providers were professional, deeply passionate and highly knowledgeable about the services they provide. The appointments were timely, my interactions with them - pleasant. With Malissa, I performed laser hair removal, a series of 6 appointments, as well as a facial. With Sam, I was a model for the juviderm lip filler, so the appointment was complimentary, but I am planning on continuing this treatment regularly. I highly recommend this place for all your cosmetology needs.

Alyeska Aesthetics is such a beautiful medspa! Sam is such a joy to work with, she explained each procedure and product and gave me options to help me achieve a subtle but beautiful look. Her calm demeanor made the experience enjoyable and left me walking out with such confidence in my smile. This was my first experience with a lip flip and lip filler and I would recommend both of these to anyone wanting to add a little extra sparkle to your smile.

Sam Marino exceeded my expectations for my first visit to Alyeska Aesthetics. Her professionalism and calm demeanor and eased my anxiety about receiving filler for the first time. She made sure to explain the full procedure in detail and goals of the look I was trying to achieve prior to starting. My name is Ann Walley and I had the CO2 laser treatment at Alyeska Aesthetics specifically for some acne scarring and wrinkles. Sam and Alaina were very professional and took time explaining the process and checking on me during procedure. They are great at what they do and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I really had no down time and adhered to my post op instructions. I could not be more satisfied!!
