The Certainly Club is a $4.99/month membership that unlocks exclusive pricing and benefits across the Certainly platform. Members get flat-fee Botox pricing, 10% off all other cosmetic services, and access to our personalized AI Concierge. The concierge offers appearance analysis, Glow Scores, tailored recommendations, and goal tracking to help you look and feel your best.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in, going to your "Dashboard" and selecting "Cancel membership"

What is the Glow Score and how is it generated?
The Glow Score is an AI-generated wellness and appearance rating created from selfies. Our system analyzes visual indicators like skin clarity, texture, symmetry, and signs of aging using AI. These insights are combined into a single trackable score — like a wellness checkup for your face.
What kind of guidance do I get from my Glow Score?
Your Glow Score unlocks personalized, actionable recommendations. These include treatment suggestions (like Botox or skincare procedures), over-the-counter product picks, and healthy lifestyle tips — all based on your facial analysis and goals. You’ll also get a visual journal to track your improvements over time.

How does the $375 flat rate for unlimited forehead Botox work?
Unlimited Botox can be applied to only the three upper face areas - forehead lines, glabella, and crow’s feet.
Each visit you pay a flat $375 that covers as many units as your injector deems appropriate for the glabella, forehead, and crow’s-feet regions.
There is no per-unit up-charge and no additional facility or provider fee.
How does the $199 flat rate for Baby Botox work?
The $199 flat rate allows you to receive up to 20 units across the three upper face areas - forehead lines, glabella, and crow’s feet.
Unused units are not carried over to future visits.
If you need more than 20 units, you will be charged the $375 flat rate, which allows you to receive unlimited units for your three upper face areas.

How does the $375 flat rate for Masseter Botox/TrapTox work?
For each visit, the first 40 units are bundled for a flat $375. Any units beyond that are billed at $9.90 per unit.
If you use less than 40 units, there is no carry over of units to future visits.
The $9.90 per unit rate only applies for the same visit that the $375 flat rate was paid. This means if you need additional units in a future visit or a touch up visit, you will need to pay another $375 for up to 40 units.

What about Botox for other areas, like lip flip, hyperhidrosis, brow lift, platysma, etc?
As a Certainly Club Member, you will get 10% off whatever price the provider would normally charge for those areas.
What happens if I receive more treatment than what I pay upfront (e.g. provider recommends adding more units of Botox, I decide to add filler, etc.)?
The $375 flat fee covers unlimited units for forehead Botox.

Can I use my membership at any provider on Certainly Health?
Certainly Club pricing is offered exclusively through “Certainly Club” providers — a hand-picked roster of board-certified doctors, nurses, and PAs. We continuously grow this network in response to member demand.
Are there any restrictions?
Certainly Club discounts are only available when booking with providers you’re seeing for the first time, or if you’re returning to a provider you previously booked via Certainly.
