You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in, going to your "Dashboard" and selecting "Cancel membership"

However, rejoining is only available every 6 months.

No, membership fees are nonrefundable.

Memberships are individual and tied to one patient profile.

Members pay $80/month and receive $90/month to spend on treatments and skincare products. That is $120/year in extra value just from your balance. Your balance rolls over, so it never expires. Members also save up to 10% on fillers, microneedling, and more. For example, a member who gets Botox twice a year and a filler treatment could save over $250/year on top of their monthly balance.

Certainly Club pricing is offered exclusively through “Certainly Club” providers: a hand-picked roster of board-certified doctors, nurses, and PAs. We continuously grow this network in response to member demand.

Certainly Club discounts are only available when booking with providers you’re seeing for the first time, or if you’re returning to a provider you previously booked via Certainly.

If you’ve ever seen a provider before booking through Certainly, the discounted rates don’t apply.
