I always make appointments but they always get delayed. I always get ignored at the front desk because the nurses like to chat instead of helping patients. The doctors are nice and informative though. They just need better nurses/ people working at the front desk. They take forever to pull up my file and my past records...

Dr. Chan is good. The people at the front desk are irresponsible, lack training and often mixed up patients information.
