Dr. Louis Peralte

I've always been scared of going to the doctor as an adult but I felt less nervous at this office. The staff is kind and funny, the doctor is patient and knowledgeable.

The place is very clean and the doctor is very good. The lady that works here is very nice and helpful

Erma at the front is terrible, and needs to be fired. An elderly patient pending surgery was just turned away. Now the entire procedure is in jeopardy. The office does not call to confirm appointments prior, which is standard policy across many offices. She claims that there is no beeper to the doctor, there is no fax, and she is the supervisor. While in an empty office, this patient was not allowed to speak with Dr. Peralte. As a former healthcare worker, Erma needs to reconsider her career and be more compassionate to patient needs. Although Dr Peralte has been overall a good physician, please consider a doctor with better professional standards than to continue to allow someone to treat patients in this manner. They have lost us as patients for good.
