I had a severe infected & ingrown toenail that was bothering me for a few days. I was calling around the area and elsewhere to find someone who can squeeze me in for a brief consultation. Luckily for me on a Saturday afternoon Dr. Kapadwala was able to see me. It was the first time ever where I had an on time doctors appointment (12:30 pm & not a second sooner!) Punctuality is a huge deal for me, especially when I needed relief. Dr. Kapadwala gave me two options in treating the toenail & even tended to some warts that have been treated in the past. He also gave me an honest answer regarding my bunions; I asked for his opinion on whether surgery for my two bunions was adequate and he said no. Only about 5% of the bunions he sees require surgery. He recommended I wear stretchy mesh sneakers for comfort. He is the first podiatrist that didn’t recommended surgery; others I’ve seen seemed to be eager in grabbing their scalpel. Upon administering anesthesia I started feeling nauseous and sick. He laid me down and elevated my legs to help relieve the sickness. He kept me lying down through the procedure so I felt at ease. He also turned the fan on in the office. Overall, Dr. Kapadwala was super informative, honest and professional. I go back to him in a few weeks for a follow up regarding my warts. I couldn’t thank him and his staff enough for being so accommodating in such an urgent time. Thank you Dr. and I look forward to my next visit !

We are very happy with Dr. Kapadwala. He has very good bed side manners. This appointment was for my 16 year old son for some annoying ingrown toenails. Dr. Kapadwala did a great job with explaining what he was going to do to resolve this occurring issue. We will continue to see Dr. Kapadwala…I’m looking to recommend my family and friends.

For a foot injury that was a few months old and causing some relatively minor discomfort, received an in office Xray then sent to get a CAT scan. $500 in out of pocket costs later with no follow up on the results. Not helpful at all. Tried to sell me a walking boot that cost 50% more than identical ones on Amazon too.

I decided to make an appointment to see Dr Kapadwala due to the convenience of living in the neighborhood and for a simple ingrown toe nail. My appointment was at 415pm and I decided to come early because I was a new patient. After waiting for almost 2 hours his secretary tells me Dr. Kapadwala will not see me until they verify my insurance. Apparently my primary insurance is out of network and when I told them to use my secondary insurance. His secretary tells me they don't take secondary insurance. After I explained to his secretary that's the reason for a secondary is to fulfill whatever my primary insurance won't cover. They finally ran my secondary insurance which the visit will cover. Dr Kapadwala STILL REFUSED TO TREAT ME OR SEE ME UNTIL HE VERIFIED MY SECONDARY INSURANCE. ON TOP OF THAT I EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR ME SIGNING THE GUARANTOR IS THAT I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING MY INSURANCE WON'T PAY AND HE STILL REFUSED TO SEE OR TREAT ME. HIS PRACTICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS GOES TO SHOW THAT HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENT'S ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS HIS MONEY!!!!!
